Privacy and cookies
What this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
NK Solutions, a Georgian individual entrepreneur, Tbilisi, is responsible for your data on this site.
Write to us at info@nksolutions.ge about anything on this page.
When you write to us
The contact and call-back forms send us your name, company, email, phone and message.
We use them only to answer you and to talk about your project.
The form goes through our web host, Vercel, to our mailbox at Tucows hosted email. We read it in Microsoft Outlook, so Microsoft may also keep a copy. These companies may store it outside Georgia, including in the US.
The US is not on Georgia's list of countries with adequate data protection, and we have no special safeguards or permit for this transfer, so your message may be less protected there. By sending a form, you agree to this.
We keep your message while we talk with you. If we do not start working together, we delete it within 2 years of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep it with our business records for as long as the law requires.
Legal basis: your request. You do not have to give these details, but without an email or phone we cannot reply.
Site statistics: Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you press Accept on the cookie bar.
It shows us which pages people read, so we can improve the site.
It records the pages you view, the time, your device and browser, your approximate location, and which buttons, forms and demo you use (not what you type).
Google Analytics does not keep your IP address. Ads features and Google Signals are off.
It sets two cookies: _ga and _ga_3C32YWF12C. Both last up to two years.
Google receives this data. Google may process it in the United States.
Georgia does not list the United States as a country with adequate data protection. We send this data only with your consent.
Google Analytics keeps the data for 2 months.
Legal basis: your consent, given with the Accept button. For sending the data to the United States: your written consent after being told about the risk.
Visit counts and hosting
Our host, Vercel, also counts page views. It uses no cookies and no ID that points to you.
Vercel serves the site and sees technical data, such as your IP address and browser. It needs this to deliver pages and protect the site. It keeps these logs for a short time.
Vercel is based in the United States.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering the site and keeping it secure.
Your cookie choice
Your answer is kept in your browser, so the bar does not ask again.
We keep a record of your choice (a random number, the date and your answer; no name or IP address) so we can show what you chose. We delete it after 3 years.
To change it, press Cookies at the bottom of any page.
If you decline, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are removed.
What you can ask us
You have the right to:
- know how we use your data
- see your data and get a copy
- correct, update or complete it
- ask us to stop using it, or to delete or destroy it
- ask us to block it
- get it in a usable form, or have it sent to someone else, where the law allows
- withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason; this does not undo what happened before
- complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, or go to court
