A flat is in one of four states.

The board, the contracts and the reports read the same state, so the numbers agree.

Questions developers ask.

What is a CRM?

A CRM keeps flats, buyers, contracts and payments in one place. For a developer, it replaces the spreadsheets.

How soon can we start?

It depends on the project. Usually one to two weeks.

Can you bring in our Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Our team moves your flats, buyers and payments over and checks them against your sheet.

How many staff can use it?

There is no limit. Add as many people as you need.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in the phone browser. There is no app to install. The unit board, buyer files and payments work in full.

Does each person see only their part?

Yes. The director, the manager and the accountant each see their own part.

Will it fit our payment rules?

Yes. We set it up on your floors, prices and payment rules.

Who do we talk to?

The people who build it. Nobody sits in between.

Can we take our data out?

Yes. Settings has a data export.

Do staff get reminders?

Yes. The phone browser can send notices, and a list shows what is waiting for each person.

Does it show parking?

Yes. Parking sits on each building's board, next to the flats.

Can we change who sees what?

Eight roles are built in: owner, director, sales manager, agent, finance, marketing, legal and admin. Each sees its own menu and data. You can tune them to your company.

How do the flats get in?

Through one Excel template per block. The system checks it and flags rows with errors.

Can it use our own contract template?

Yes. You add it once, and the system fills in the flat and buyer data. Annexes and the signature status stay with the contract.

How a project runs.

Four steps, from the first call to launch.

  1. You show us how you sell today: which files, who does what. One hour is enough.

  2. We write down what the system must do and when we hand it over. You read it and correct it.

  3. We build it around your floors, prices and payment rules.

  4. We load your flats, train your team and stay on for support.

What stays with you.
